Aviation projects deserve clarity, alignment, and disciplined leadership.
Auralis was founded on a simple belief — that with the right expertise, coordination, and advocacy, aviation projects can be delivered seamlessly for everyone they serve.
After more than a decade leading complex airport and airline capital programs at major U.S. hubs, our founder saw a consistent challenge across the industry. Projects are technically sound, but often strained by misalignment, unclear accountability, or competing priorities. Airlines, airports, designers, contractors, and stakeholders all have critical roles to play — yet without steady coordination, even strong teams can struggle.
Auralis was created to bridge that gap.

Our name was born from a personal moment of wonder. Founder Jen Moore first witnessed the aurora borealis as a student at Michigan Tech — a sight that sparked a years-long fascination that took her from the shores of Lake Superior to Alaska and Iceland, chasing the extraordinary experience of watching the skies come alive.
That same spirit of curiosity, movement, and possibility is woven into everything Auralis does. Much like the aurora, aviation projects require direction, coordination, and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence.

O'Hare Modernization Program
Airline Technical Representative — ORD
Jen represented the airlines on one of the most complex airfield programs in the country — the O'Hare Modernization Program. Her work spanned Runway 9C-27C, the Central Deicing Pad, and the Runway 9R extension — a program totaling over a billion dollars during her time on the Program. She learned firsthand what airlines need, how airports operate, and how to navigate the space between them.
Boise Airport — BOI
Project Manager — Concourse A Expansion
Jen led delivery of the Concourse A expansion at Boise Airport through conceptual planning — the first increase in terminal space at BOI since 2003. Managing a complex, high-visibility program on the airport owner's side gave her a comprehensive view of what it takes to lay the foundation for a complex capital program.

Drawing on over a decade of experience spanning aviation planning, airline representation, project management, and operational readiness, Jen founded Auralis to bring independent expertise and disciplined advocacy to aviation projects across the country. Bringing a project portfolio ranging from $50,000 planning studies to $300M+ runway programs, our experience spans across all sides of aviation.
