The person you meet is the person leading the work.

Auralis is principal-led by design. Jen Moore brings airport, airline representation, and aviation planning experience to every engagement - and stays directly involved from the first conversation through delivery.

Jen Moore P.E. · C.M. · ACE

Owner and Aviation Director

Jen is a licensed civil engineer and aviation project leader with more than 12 years of experience across airport planning, airline technical representation, owner's representation, project management, and operational readiness.

Her work has placed her in the airport owner's seat, in the airline's technical representative seat, and on the consultant side of complex aviation programs. That perspective helps her identify where priorities diverge, ask better questions early, and keep project decisions grounded in how facilities will actually operate.

Her experience spans focused planning studies, airline club construction, terminal expansion, runway and deicing programs, and operational readiness. Through Auralis, she brings that range to airports, airlines, and project teams as the principal on the engagement.

Experience behind Auralis

12+Years in aviation
$300M+Program experience
25+Aviation projects

These figures are Jen's career record across airport-owner, airline-representative, and consulting roles, including work completed before Auralis was founded in 2025. They describe the experience behind the firm, not the firm's own contract history. Airline-side work is technical representation for airline clients, not employment by an airline.

— The Path to Auralis

Experience across airport, airline representation, and consulting roles.

  1. Airline representation

    O'Hare Modernization Program

Represented airline interests on complex airfield programs, including Runway 9C-27C, the Central Deicing Pad, and the Runway 9R extension. The work required balancing airline operational needs with airport delivery, construction impacts, and long-term program decisions.

  2. Airport project management

    Boise Airport

Led planning and project development for airport capital initiatives, including the Concourse A expansion. The work included programming, stakeholder engagement, consultant procurement, design coordination, and operational planning.

  3. Independent aviation consulting

    Auralis

Founded Auralis to provide airports, airlines, and project teams with direct senior-level support - without the handoff between business development and delivery.
