Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
Auralis LLC (“Auralis,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website www.auralisllc.com - when you visit the site, when you contact us using the email address or phone number published on it, and when you schedule a call with us.
It does not cover the information we receive and hold in the course of client and project work. That is governed by our agreements with those clients.
Information We Collect
We collect two types of information - what you send us directly, and what is recorded automatically when you visit the site.
Information You Send Us
This website has no contact form, and nothing on it asks you for your details. You reach us in one of three ways, and in each you decide what to send:
- By email, at connect@auralisllc.com - whatever you choose to write
- By phone
- By booking a call. Scheduling happens on a page hosted by Calendly, where you may provide your name, email address, organization, and anything else you choose to include with the booking. We receive that information and use it to prepare for and hold the meeting and to follow up with you afterwards. Calendly processes the scheduling information as our service provider and also maintains its own privacy practices.
Information Collected Automatically
Our website analytics are cookieless and do not identify individual visitors. We see aggregate counts of:
- Which pages were visited
- The referring website, where there is one
- Country, browser, operating system, and device type
- Page loading performance
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not store visitors’ IP addresses for analytics purposes. It uses no cookies or other browser storage and does not fingerprint your device, so it cannot recognize you on a return visit or follow you to another site.
Separately, and as with any website, ours is delivered by a hosting and network provider that necessarily processes your IP address and connection details in order to send you the page and to protect the site from abuse.
How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiries and service requests
- Provide and continuously improve our services
- Monitor and analyze website usage and performance
- Communicate with you when requested
- Maintain the security and functionality of our website
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers that help us operate our business, such as website hosting and analytics, email, and scheduling providers, subject to their applicable contractual and privacy obligations
- With legal or regulatory authorities if required to comply with applicable law
We seek to limit service-provider access to information reasonably necessary to provide their services.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
This website does not use cookies.
It sets no cookies of its own. It carries no advertising or marketing trackers, and no third-party embeds that could set cookies on our behalf. Booking is a link out to Calendly rather than a scheduler loaded into our pages, so nothing on this site places Calendly’s cookies on your device. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to ask you to consent to.
Our website analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless by design: no cookies, no other browser storage, no IP addresses stored for analytics purposes, and no device fingerprinting. It reports aggregate page views and visits, and cannot identify you or track you across websites.
Once you follow our link and arrive on Calendly, that scheduling page is operated by Calendly and is subject to Calendly’s own cookie practices, not ours.
You can control cookies generally through your browser settings, though there are none from this site to control.
Your Rights & Choices
Regardless of your location, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you. We will honor reasonable requests where practicable and subject to applicable legal, contractual, and record-retention requirements.
You can opt out of receiving marketing or informational emails from us at any time.
Although certain state privacy laws may not apply to Auralis based on our size and data practices, we will generally honor reasonable requests of this kind whatever state you live in. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, contact us at connect@auralisllc.com.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and client records, complying with legal and contractual obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting our legal rights.
Data Security
We implement reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has submitted information to us, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
