Ready to operate before the doors open.
Opening a new or renovated airport facility is one of the most complex operational transitions in aviation. Auralis manages the full ORAT process — ensuring that every system, every team, and every procedure is tested, trained, and ready before the first passenger walks through the door.
What We Do
- Develop and manage the ORAT program plan, schedule, and stakeholder coordination framework
- Lead operational trials and simulation exercises to test facility readiness under real-world conditions
- Coordinate training programs for airline staff, airport personnel, and ground handlers
- Identify operational gaps between design intent and day-one functionality
- Manage the transition from construction to operations, including systems commissioning and handover
- Facilitate tabletop exercises and scenario planning for irregular operations
- Track and resolve readiness issues across all operational domains
- Support go/no-go decision making with objective readiness assessments
