April – Preparing for Pushback
Spring is a season of new beginnings and April marked the beginning of Auralis LLC!
The month wasn’t about projects or milestones - it was all about planning.
Time was dedicated to brainstorm, research, and question what the aviation industry needed and how Auralis would deliver those needs.
Goals, values, and our mission were thoughtfully crafted, then refined until they fully encompassed who we are and how we operate.
May – Cleared to Taxi
May marked the shift from planning to action.
Applications for key business certifications were submitted, and Auralis began showing up more visibly through the launch of our website and participation in industry events.
Along the way, small moments - from window-seat views of the northern lights to aurora-themed aircraft - reminded us of the sense of exploration, wonder, and flight that inspires Auralis and how we approach our work.
June/July – Starting the Climb
By early summer Auralis transitioned into increasing industry involvement and building relationships.
Time spent at conferences and airports created space for reconnection, new relationships, and intentional community engagement - including giving back through aviation-focused fundraisers and recognizing National Air Traffic Controller Day with the BOI ATC team.
At the same time, foundational pieces continued to take shape, including the development of Auralis’ Capabilities Statement and joining organizations aligned with the industry.
August/September – Gaining Altitude
Late summer marked a period of increasing momentum for Auralis.
Key business certifications were obtained, including DBE, SBA’s EDWOSB and WOSB, and Auralis owner Jen was selected as an ACRP Ambassador.
During this period, the Auralis brand and service offerings evolved, bringing greater clarity to how we support airports, airlines, and project teams.
At the same time, Auralis began laying the groundwork for future initiatives guided by a commitment to stewardship, and mentorship of the next generation of aviation professionals.
October/November – In the Pattern
By fall, Auralis’ visibility and role within the aviation community continued to grow.
From marketing wins to participating in industry events, engagement expanded across the industry.
Commitment to service also deepened, with Jen stepping into the NWAAAE Young Professionals Co-Chair role, speaking with students about career pathways, and being selected to serve on an ACRP panel.
Even as external conditions changed, Auralis remained focused on incremental progress and meaningful involvement.
December – Setting the Heading
December provided space to reflect on how far Auralis had come, while also planning intentionally for the future.
Engagement continued through outreach events, including the Port of Seattle’s Diversity in Contracting event, alongside continued involvement with ACRP through panel work.
As 2025 comes to a close, Auralis is entering 2026 with clear priorities, long-term direction, and a strong foundation to build upon.
